Vegetable platter for Thai salad

Here is a possible vegetable platter to be served with Northeastern-Style Spicy Minced Chicken Salad (Lahb Gkai). Starting from the very top with the sliced cucumbers and going clockwise, we see orange bell peppers, white turmeric root, green beans and yellow cauliflower. The vegetables are eaten with the salad to help calm the heat – it's a very spicy salad. Kasma teaches this recipe in the Intermediate Series (class 4) and a similar version, with pork, in Weeklong First Week (day 2).
