Thai ingredients, for a soup

In classes, students break apart into teams to prep the ingredients for the dish. In the evening series, there are one to four students per menu item. In the weeklong classes, each team gets two recipes. The class comes together to watch the final cooking, either by Kasma or under her supervision. That way everyone gets to see everything being finished.
