		<description>Nice blog, it was very informative. One can not imagine in the past that peppercorns were the spiciest flavoring used by the Thais. They really took to chilies in a big way! I lived in Bangkok for many years and even when I order food without chilies, there was always just a few floating around because the cooks can not understand Thai food without chilies.</description>
