In Krabi we always visit the Varich Krabi Batik Center and usually come away with another colorful island shirt or wrap. I like that you can watch the artists at work, painting on the fabric, such as this woman painting a dragon when we visited last February (2010). It’s located at 136/5 Maharaj Road.
